If you want to even call it that. Don't let the beauty of winter and green grass fool you. This map is more than what meats the eye. Be prepared for all different types of attacks. Use choke points to your advantage and be careful of your surrounding. The Ai will put up a good fight; don't give it too much time. I don't want to give to much away so I will let the map do the rest of the talking. ******************** Two pictures are enclosed. One is a preivew minimap picture from Annihilator, and the other is a scan of a rough sketch I made of the map. The basic idea behind it is to get a felling for how I want the basic layout of the map to be. I even put where I wanted the cliffs to be and snow areas. Then I took that rough sketch and laid out the coast and worked inward to achieve the map. You may find this usefull in creating ideas and adding variety to a map, plus if you have an idea say at work or school a rough draft will help you remeber what you where looking for when you goto make the actual map. ******************** Tools Used: ->Annihilator 1.5 ->TA AiProflier by CAP ->NotePad ->HpiView/HpiPack ******************** Special thanks to: -CAP for the AiProfiler and help on the Ai for the map. Also thanks for the EG Winter Tileset and helping me test the map, and giving me feedback. ******************** Known Bugs: -Ai path finding shouldn't be a big problem.. -As for metal patches, they may not look like they can be built on, but all are build able as far as I know. -Very small graphic seems in the rocky coast cliffs. Also one or two small seems in the winter cliffs. I tried fixing and had some luck, but this is the best I can do. I have talked with the tile set author about the small errors. No fix was made by the time of release. Otherwise graphics are fine. -Reclaimable metal. Umm, I didn't place any, you should have more than enough in metal deposits. I didn't like the way the looked on the snow ok, so I said forget it for the whole map. ******************** Contact Info: (Comments Welcome/Appreciated) dgoreck@hotmail.com ******************** END TRANSMISSION...
