Mapname: Urban Legend Description: A giant (41x41) urban map. A wide river flows down the centre of the map, spanned by five large bridges. The city is roughly divided into a grid with many multi-level buildings. The streets are wide to accomodate many units (so the path-finding doesn't choke) and the buildings are quite detailed (based on HB's prefabs). This map is a strategist's dream! As this is an urban environment, metal is abundant - plant your extractors down anywhere. There's plenty of room to expand, so dig in, fortify, and get ready for some intense urban warfare! Installation: If you obtained this map as .tnt- and .ota-file: Make a subdirectory TOTALA\MAPS and extract the .tnt- and ota-file into it. When selecting skirmishmode-maps, this map should be available. Positions: 1,2,3,4,5 on the east side of the city; 6,7,8,9,10 on the west. (Roughly in a circle with 1 at about 1 o'clock) Multiplayer: 2-10 Teamplay: If you wish . . . You may want to play with one team on the west side of the river and the other on the east. Defend those bridges! computer AI: 2-10. I've tried to make this map as computer-friendly as possible -- they love the bridges and wide streets, but you can't guarantee that it won't do something silly.
